The Director's Cut is out on PC
Released on October 1 in every PC store and free for owners. The PlayStation 5 version follows on November 3.

Hershel's new clothes change how people react, and some reactions depend on what she wears: The Boatman has something to say about the shades. Reveries now use their own portraits, so they read apart from present-day conversations, and scrolling back through the dialogue can hide earlier lines behind redaction bars.
Backstage Mode walks through earlier versions of locations, among them the safehouse of Yana, and places cut from the final game, with stories from the Art Director attached to objects and orbs.
