Operant planner
Set the ranks you would bring into a conversation, then see what clothing and thoughts add on top.
Enter a base rank for each skill. Add clothing, and set each thought to unconditioned, reinforced, or suppressed. Dissonance can be on only while a thought is reinforced. The skill value and the maximum rank stay separate. Passive lines use the base rank. An active roll uses the dressed value.

What do the ranks mean?
A base rank is the number on the skill. Clothing adds the modifiers on the worn item. The shirt in the example sits in the torso slot. One skill goes up and another goes down, by the amounts on the item.
A thought has three phases. Each phase has its own modifiers. Dissonance adds its modifiers only when that thought is reinforced and dissonance is on.
The skill value and the maximum rank are separate rows. A change to one of them leaves the other where it was. Read the row you are changing.
Which value does a passive line use?
The unread list uses these base ranks. Clothing modifiers stay on the dressed value. An active check uses that dressed value. Compare the roll on the odds bench. Open Pressures for what exerting spends. This planner leaves that cost blank.
The planner accepts the ranks you enter. They do not need to add up to a total before you can open the build.
How do I reopen this build?
