The skills get their voices

The Phantom Line Engineer, Duchess, Narrator and the skills became fully voiced. White checks in the map menu are now scrollable, which they needed once several could be open at once.

A duplicate of Mysterious Red Disc given by Constanz, the Photo Lady affected a small number of players and was removed. Movement could lock while Flashlight was equipped. A settings pair now holds a primary and secondary language, and Q toggles between them.
