PSEUDOPOD

Movement at your peripheral vision.

I once knew a spy.

The door is still bolted shut from the inside.

You return to the folded pants.

"Shh."

You approach your double. A faint line of drool darkens the sheet.

He ignores you, transfixed by the woman above.

You return to the desk. Everything is right where you left it, including the pack of Suprema 100s.

He stares straight ahead, trying to ignore PSEUDOPOD. He looks extremely uncomfortable.

"..." His idiotic expression remains unchanged.

"..."

As you press down on the intercom button, a little light comes on.

PSEUDOPOD shifts from foot to foot, glancing at the boatman.

The bed looks cold and dishevelled.

Think, operant. If you were you, what would you get up to?
